The B&B is conveniently located near the Funicular, making it easy to explore both Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. the continental breakfast served at the B&B is delicious and sets you up for a day of exploring. the rooms are simply furnished but very clean, providing a comfortable space for a short stay.
Some reviews mention that the single room is overpriced compared to similar accommodations in the area.

The owner lady was very kind and helpful, the room is nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent and really tasty italian cheese and salami. Quiet area and close to the Alta Citta. The room and the other parts of the hotel really looks like the same as on the picture.
On the bed, under the sheet was some plastic sheet, which wasn't quite comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Funicular. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining area for breakfast was lovely, and the food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The free Wi-Fi and car park were additional conveniences that enhanced my stay.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient for bus, train , etc. Quiet, away from the noise of the traffic.Very helpful & pleasant landlady, adequate accommodation for the two of us.
If you had sent us a map to get to the Academia,it would have helped enormously.Apparently, those booking directly with the landlady are sent a roadmap, with details of the bus numbers and stops, etc.Perhaps, breakfast could have been more substantial as well as with a better choice of items!

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was impeccable. Everything was well-maintained and spotless throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also great, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast provided in the morning was a pleasant addition, offering a variety of options to start the day. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even booked a taxi for my early morning departure and provided an anti-mosquito device for the room. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the Funicular and other nearby attractions.
Nothing negative to say.

good location, but a bit awkward to find. Signage would be helpful (name of B and B, for example) Location was good for my purposes. No lift, but staff were helpful with luggage. Good value for money compared to other places. Room had a kettle with tea, which was nice.
Not the greatest breakfast... but not a big deal.

the location was also convenient as it was close to the main attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to rest after a long day of meetings.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. the options were limited and didn't cater to different preferences.

Great location near the old city with easy access to public transportation. Convenient parking available in the backyard. The landlady was friendly and helpful.
The room was extremely small and overpriced. It lacked character and felt cramped.
